Common questions
- Anyone with a Vaiku account in good standing — both creators and brands. Your account just needs a verified email.
- Signups are counted when the referee verifies their email. Earnings start when their first paid Vaiku subscription invoice clears, then continue for 12 months.
- Earnings stop accruing for that brand from the cancellation date, but anything you’ve already earned in your cleared balance is yours. If a recent invoice is refunded or charged back within 90 days, the matching reward is reversed (clawback).
- We send rewards in EUR via Stripe Connect Express. You complete onboarding once (KYC) the first time you withdraw. Single payouts above €500 are queued for a quick admin review.
- Yes — earnings are taxable income paid gross. You’re responsible for declaring them in your local tax jurisdiction. Vaiku does not issue tax forms.
